We are a beautiful, thatched free house nestled in the middle of the Tarrant Valley in Dorset. If you are looking for a refreshing alternative to a faceless chain hotel or venue for your business event, then we are the place for you. Private function room & conservatory, beautiful gardens, lots of parking, overnight accommodation, award-wining local food & a warm Dorset welcome are all a given.
The Langton Arms private function room has its own private entrance & bar and can be transformed into a versatile meeting space for corporate events, networking groups, breakfast clubs & functions, seating up to 70 guests. It is also the ideal location for private parties & family celebrations. Additionally, we have our conservatory which is perfect for smaller groups and we are one of the only venues that takes business groups of only 8 people.
Both are situated to the side & rear of The Langton Arms main pub areas and give you both space and privacy. The rooms allow you to concentrate without distraction (or party hard if you're celebrating). Please get in touch if you'd like to find out more or arrange a visit.
Half Day Delegate Rate – from £18.50 per person
Your package at The Langton Arms includes the following:
- Use of our private function room for a full morning from 9am to 1pm or for the afternoon from 2pm to 6pm (exact times can be adjusted to suit the client)
- Full use of our visual aids including projector & flip chart
- Free Wifi
- Pens & pads for your meeting or conference delegates
- Unlimited coffee, tea & biscuits
- Mid-morning pastries to accompany your coffee break
- Free parking
- Large, private gardens available for breakout sessions
Day Delegate Rate - from £32.50 per person
Your package at The Langton Arms includes the following:
- Use of our private function room for a full day from 9am to 6pm (exact times can be adjusted to suit the client)
- Full use of our visual aids including projector & flip chart
- Free Wifi
- Pens & pads for your meeting, conference or event
- Unlimited coffee, tea & biscuits available during break times
- A delicious two-course lunch of homemade sandwiches, hand cut chips & homemade cake (other food options are also available, please ask us)
- Free parking
- Large, private gardens available for breakout sessions

Weddings
As well as being a stunning venue for your wedding reception, The Langton Arms also has its own Civil Wedding Licence both inside the Stables Restaurant and for the lovely courtyard gardens.
We have been hosting fabulous weddings for over 20 years, marrying happy couples in our beautiful thatched country pub.
The Langton Arms is a stunning country wedding venue in North Dorset and is set in picture postcard rural England opposite the village's own 15th Century All Saints Church.
